As a born and raised Cape Town girl with nothing more than passion and big dreams – I am proud to have created Rising Rox – a space where I connect with radiant beings all around the globe and witness the brilliance of their empowerment unfold. It’s such an honour, and a truly fulfilling experience to be a part of this expansion.
HOW DID I GET STARTED IN THIS?
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been insatiably curious about human potential. I wanted to know what exactly is it that makes people feel fulfilled physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I wanted to understand and know the feel-goods and the not-so-feel-goods, and I explored those avenues well.
I was also passionate about a multitude of seemingly unconnected things: travel and culture, astrology, dancing, art, nature, health and fitness, and meditation, just to name a few.
After several of my younger years in the corporate world I eventually accepted that my enthusiasm was to be found elsewhere and I moved closer towards the things that bring me joy.
A huge amount of hard-work, study, exploration and a discernible amount of grace have led to some wonderful milestones. The biggest being my own state of happiness and alignment. I have 100% lived and learned through a deeply transformative journey of curiosity, stubbornness, and a burning desire for answers.
I spent over a decade fully immersed on the ‘road less travelled’ where I walked through fear, challenges, bravery, heartbreak, gratitude, and also the most intense yet beautiful journey back to myself. I finally met the self that I knew I knew but had never fully met.
I continue to learn new things each day and I continue to expand my own ideas about what it means to live a fully creative and meaningful life.
It is from this place that I hold the privilege and honour of coaching my clients to meet their highest fulfilment and joy.

I live between South Africa and the United Kingdom and when I’m not spreading the art of alignment, you’ll find me exploring the great outdoors. I can also be found painting, dancing, traveling, and creating as often as possible.
